SAP Go Live at Lucky Knits

ExD’s footprint in the textile sector, along with the extensive understanding of relevant business processes, makes it ideally suited for the task of mapping SAP best practices to Lucky Knits in Pakistan. ExD takes pride in implementing the Fashion Management System (FMS) in mere time of eight months which highlights the level of commitment and professionalism of ExD team.

The current scope of work for Lucky Knits includes implementation of SAP S/4 HANA including financial & control modules like Financials Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Material Ledger and Human Capital Management (HCM). ExD is privileged to implement Fashion Vertical Business (FMS) making Lucky Knits the first ever company from textile sector to implement it in Pakistan. The project, undertaken in collaboration with Lucky Knits team, also involves local and international industry experts. These modules will help Lucky Knits generate real time reporting to track their customer orders status along with financials reporting, manage constantly varying stock levels, keep better track of the organization’s payroll, compensation and benefits. Flexible accessibility features that allow work from various platforms like the mobile platform, Fiori, give full mobility and control.
