Since 2018, ExD has been a pivotal collaborator with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), serving as a leading IT training partner for youth empowerment within the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP). Building on the success of training around 500 IT Graduates through the TechLift IT Training Bootcamp in collaboration with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), covering diverse in-demand market-driven technology stacks, ExD now extends its expertise by offering highly employable IT courses as part of the NAVTTC Free Trainings Program. These courses are designed to empower youth with industry-focused skills through interactive, instructor-led training sessions, complemented by hands-on access to relevant software tools and essential soft skills. Our graduates are currently serving well-reputed organizations nationally and internationally.

It is a free government-funded training program by Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) offering 3-month digital skills courses to 7,500 youth across Punjab. Training is delivered by approved PSEB Registered partner industry/institutes.
Excellence Delivered provides career guidance, CV building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance to help every graduate secure employment or start freelancing after completing the program.
Each course is 3 months long with 120 hours of training per month. Classes will be held at Excellence Delivered in purpose-built dedicated labs.

You will receive a training completion certificate along with an internationally recognized certification via Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), subject to clearing the certification exam.
Candidates must complete the registration form, submit the required verification documents, and attend a short interview. Final selection will be based on the interview and document verification.
