Islamabad, Pakistan – Excellence Delivered (ExD), Pakistan’s only SAP Platinum Partner, hosted a signing ceremony for a comprehensive SAP system implementation for the Dopasi Foundation in Islamabad on July 19, 2024. The SAP implementation will include diverse modules such as finance and procurement, aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing transparency for Dopasi.
The Dopasi Foundation boasts a seasoned team of health professionals with extensive experience in the development sector. With a people-centric approach at the heart of all their strategies, Dopasi’s focused interventions are to ensure sustainability. Over the years, the Foundation has been working on health and its determinants nationwide where Tuberculosis has been the prevalent cause. With an aspiration to aid social justice and bring about sustainable improvements in the lives of marginalized and underprivileged people in Pakistan, Dopasi has expanded its operations from one province to the entire country.
In their ever-expanding operations, Dopasi needed a robust enterprise management solution to optimize core operational functions and enhance transparency across the organization. The foundation embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation journey to fully automate financial management, improve auditing, and enhance procurement and HR operations for a holistic digitization strategy.
Dopasi CEO Ms. Kinz ul Eman chaired the signing ceremony to mark the beginning of Dopasi’s digital transformation. Also present at the ceremony were Dopasi’s senior leadership team, including Lead OSS Ahmed Nadeem, Manager Liaison Mishaal Javed Sehgal, Manager Finanace Muneeb Shahid, Procurement Manager Qasim Jan Khattak and IT Manager Javed Akram. ExD Chairman Sajjad Syed, Head of Operations Muhammad Qasim and Manager Data Sciences Ammar Rabab were part of the ExD delegation that attended the event.
The SAP implementation for Dopasi includes automated financial management for streamlined accounting and auditing, inventory and distribution for enhanced procurement, project and resource management for efficient operations, data digitization for improved data management and analytics, logistics management for optimal fleet resource management, and a monitoring and evaluation module for operational agility. Additionally, ExD will provide core human resource (HR) management and cloud service solutions, namely ExD HRMS and ExD Cloud, to optimize human capital management and cloud networking services for Dopasi.
Dopasi estimates a significant improvement in operational efficiency and resource management through these implementations. The completion of this project will mark a significant milestone for both Dopasi and ExD, highlighting the importance of adopting advanced technology solutions to drive efficiency and growth. The successful implementation of the new system will position Dopasi to pursue further expansions, laying a solid foundation for future projects and growth.
