Project highlights feature the digitalization of finance, procurement, and production operations for Dura Flow through SAP for streamlined business operations and enhanced transparency.

With growing and fragmented business needs, Dura Flow required a centralized enterprise management solution to consolidate core management functions while enhancing operational transparency for improved decision-making. Continuing its legacy of innovation, Dura Flow has embarked on a comprehensive digitization initiative to automate and streamline production and procurement for increased operational resilience.
Company CEO Mian Muhammad Ahmed inaugurated the signing ceremony to mark the beginning of Dura Flow’s digital transformation. The CEO was accompanied by company leadership, including Director Ali Subhani Ahmed, General Manager Irfan Yousuf, Production Manager Asad Ashfaq, and HR Manager Umer Agha. ExD’s delegation at the signing ceremony included company CEO, Wasil Amjad and Head of Operations, Muhammad Qasim.
The SAP implementation project for Dura Flow will include finance, procurement, and production modules for automated financial accounting and auditing, streamlined sourcing and procurement, as well as efficient production and resource allocation, respectively, to optimize business operations. ExD will provide comprehensive implementation, consultation, and support services for Dura Flow throughout the implementation process to ensure an end-to-end digital transformation.
Dura Flow anticipates significant increases in business productivity and resource management through the SAP implementation.
